The State Administration for Industry and Commerce of China (SAIC) Identified and Recognized 98 Trademarks as Well-Known Trademarks in the Second Half of 2005

Ninety-eight trademarks were recognized as well-known trademarks by the SAIC in the second half of the year 2005. Among which, 77 trademarks were identified by the SAIC from trademarks administration cases reported by provincial authorities of administration for industry and commerce, 10 trademarks were identified by the SAIC from trademark opposition cases, and 11 trademarks were identified from cases of trademark disputes by the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board (TRAB).
