Celebration ceremony held for Unitalen's 10-year birthday
 

In the afternoon of February 4, 2005, the grand ceremony celebrating the 10 th anniversary of Unitalen was held in Zhongfu Mansion, Beijing. Over 200 employees in Unitalen Beijing Office and representatives from offices in other places were present in attire, and presented well-prepared and wonderful programs.

Thinking over the “Lotte” case
  On December 20, 2004, Beijing No.2 Intermediate People's Court (referred to as “the Court” hereinafter) made first-instance judgment to the unfair competition re “Lotte vs. Orion” (coded <2004> Er Zhong Min Chu Zi No. 12016), the so-called “Chewing Gum Battle”. The author represented the plaintiff in this case, and would like to give a brief comment on several law issues reflected by this case.
