June of 2005, ,Heilongjiang Wandashan dairy Ltd authorized Unitalen to act on its behalf to sue Wafangdian yuandashan Paper Product Company for infringing its patent right and unfair competition. By thorough analysis and preparation, 814 pieces of evidence and 1000 pages of testimony were submitted by Unitalen. On October 27 of 2005, the judgment was made by the court: The registered trademark “Wandashan” ( 完达山 )of Heilongjiang Wandashan dairy Ltd is well － known trademark, Wafangdian yuandashan Paper Product Company shall immediately cease its infringement and unfair competition, all products with original mark shall be destroyed in the mean time. By now, the lawsuit that had lasted four months ended with Heilongjiang Wandashan dairy Ltd winning the case.
