A verdict was recently made on the infringement litigation of the trademark “合生元” lodged by Unitalen on behalf of Guangzhou Heshengyuan Biological Products Co., Ltd., according to which the defendant constituted the act of infringement and was ordered to stop using the mark “合生元” promptly. At the same time, the trademark “合生元” of Guangzhou Heshengyuan Biological Products Co., Ltd. was recognized as a well-known trademark.
