Recently, Shijiazhuang Intermediate Court issued the Verdict of first instance on the case wherein Hunan Mengjie Jiafang Co., Ltd. sued Shijiazhuang Mengjie Industry Co., Ltd. for trademark infringement, overruling the claims of the plaintiff.
