The Chinese enterprises which often encountered technology barriers in the past begin taking advantage of using technology barriers to protect interests of the domestic consumers and themselves. Currently, the Chinese “Wall against Electricity” technology used on the electric heaters brought by the Acon and Haier is put into the new national standard in China. It’s no doubt that it will be favorable to the consumers and the aforesaid enterprises but a blow to foreign enterprises without such a “Wall against Electricity” technology.
