Since the issuance of the Circular of the Ministry of Commerce on Implementing the Project of Revival of Chinese Honored Trading Name with Long History (ShangGaiFa <2006> No.171), with the well-organizing and active assistance provided by the relevant departments of commercial administration authorities and the related enterprises, the application for recognition and review work for the first batch of enterprises enjoying the title of Chinese Trading Name with Long History have been finished successfully. Until now, there are 967 enterprises in total applying for the title of Chinese Trading Name with Long History, among which 434 enterprises are considered to meet with the requirement after the preliminary review by the relevant institutions and experts organized by the Ministry of Commerce, and have been open to the public. Beijing has 67 enterprises to be recognized as enjoying the said title, which made the city ranked No. 1 in the country.
