The other day, the municipal procuratorate lodged a criminal prosecution against foreign merchant Suo Liping and 6 Chinese criminal suspects colluding with him, represented by Fan Jiamin. This is the first serious case involving the reproduction of foreign registered trademark in Shanghai.
