Jiangsu Province of China has ratified arrestment for 47 cases regarding intellectual property infringement this year

This year Jiangsu procuratorial authorities emphasizes on taking action against counterfeiting, enhancing supervision of IP infringement, as well as cracking down the criminal activities which disorder market economy. As a result, Jiangsu Procuratorator has accepted 53 cases concerning 67 individuals involved in the counterfeiting and IP infringement so far, increasing by 29.3% year-on-year; r atified arrestment amounts to 47 cases and 58 individuals are involved, rising by 51.6% year-on-year.
